STEPHENVILLE, Texas - Pickleball players in Erath County have a new place to play with the opening of The Serving Station, a private, indoor pickleball court designed for families, friend groups and local kids looking for something safe and fun to do in town. Located at 408 E Road across from Riggs Welding.
Owned and operated by Sierra Felton and her husband, both Stephenville ISD graduates, The Serving Station offers one fully private court, meaning whoever books the time gets the entire space to themselves for the duration of their reservation.

The facility is open every day of the year, including holidays, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. It is completely indoors, air-conditioned and heated, and includes a private bathroom. Players are welcome to bring their own chairs and can reserve the court for groups, birthday parties and other small gatherings.
How booking works
Court time is booked online through a Square website link. Click here to view booking website.
Minimum booking: 1 hour
Maximum online booking: 6 hours (call to request longer bookings)
No equipment rentals yet: Players must bring their own equipment for now.
Before playing, each booking party will receive a safety waiver by email that must be signed. On the day of the reservation, Felton sends a PIN code for the door, which is valid only for the time slot that was booked.
Rates and gift cards
The Serving Station uses simple hourly pricing:
Weekday daytime: Court rentals are $25 per hour Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
Weekends: From Friday at 5 p.m. through the weekend, the rate is $35 per hour.
Gift cards are available for purchase by text, phone call or social media message, making it an easy option for holiday gifts or team prizes.

Rules and guidelines
To keep the space family friendly and safe, The Serving Station has a few key rules:
No alcohol allowed inside the facility.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
There is no limit on the number of people per booking, but parking is limited, so guests are asked to carpool and bring as few vehicles as possible.
Pickleball Court built for community
Felton says she and her husband created The Serving Station to give Stephenville residents, especially local kids, another safe, positive place to spend their time. Their goal is to offer a space where families, students and friends can gather, play, and stay active without having to leave town.
The Serving Station is open now and accepting bookings.
