The spirit of the western lifestyle and Christian community will come together on October 25th as Cowboy Fest kicks off at Stephenville City Park beginning at 4 p.m. The event promises an afternoon full of live entertainment, local vendors, family fun, and a heartfelt but lively celebration of the four core values that define the gathering - Faith, Family, Freedom, and Fellowship.

Organizers say Cowboy Fest was created to bring the community together in a way that reflects both the western heritage and strong faith that runs deep throughout Erath County.

“There’s definitely a national revival happening - a turning point, if you will - and it’s incredible to watch. I feel it’s my calling to help keep the momentum going.” - Organizer Heather Anderson

Guests can expect a wide variety of food and merchandise vendors, offering everything from classic fair-style treats to handcrafted leather goods, knives, and western apparel. Families can enjoy carriage rides, bounce houses, and other kid-friendly attractions throughout the park.

The event aims to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere where people can gather, eat, shop, and enjoy the beauty of Stephenville’s outdoor spaces.

The stage will feature a lineup of live country and Christian music performances, as well as guest speakers sharing messages of faith, community, and perseverance. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a toe-tapping tune or hear a word of encouragement, Cowboy Fest offers something uplifting for everyone.

Stephenville’s City Park will transform into a celebration ground where cowboys, families, and faith-based groups come together under the shared values that have long defined the Cowboy Capital of the World.

The event encourages visitors to bring their friends, neighbors, and church groups to enjoy a wholesome evening celebrating the heart of the western spirit.

As the sun sets over Stephenville, Cowboy Fest will truly light up the park. Vendors and booths will be decked out in glow lights, creating a vibrant, illuminated scene throughout the evening. The glowing lights, combined with live music and family laughter, will give the park a warm and festive glow, a perfect backdrop for photos and fellowship under the Texas night sky.

Cowboy Fest is free to attend and open to all ages. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and settle in for a night of fellowship, fun, and community pride.
